It's just OK
I needed a bag to tote my school books, my daily lunch and any addtional work items. I like the hovering computer pocket within. I like the color, extra pockets within and the leashed carabiner for easy key access. I was hoping for some pen slots and a more roomier and more stable side pocket for a Sigg water bottle. It has good space, but it could be an inch or two wider. My laptop, wallet, pencil case and one folder within will allow for the bag to zip shut, but if I add a book to the bag, no zip. Additionally, there are not any handles, just the shoulder strap, and the strap cuts into my shoulder. Also, the bag will not stand (or even lean) well on its own.

Good Bag
I purchased this bag as a gift for my wife and she now uses it everyday. It is the perfect bag for her 13 inch MacBook and holds a large number of file folders. The only thing that could be better is color selection and a padded shoulder strap.
Very poorly designed
Pros:
- non-abrasive nylon
- attractive front fold design
- no front flap (like on a messenger bag)
Cons:
- the ends of the top zipper aren't attached to the bag, leaving large holes into the bag at either end, and making it very awkward to zip up
- the zipper for the front pocket is on the wrong side (it should be accessible from the front when the bag is on your right side)
- the shoulder strap isn't padded
- if you put a water bottle into the side pocket, it takes away from the interior space
- the laptop slot is much too deep for a 13 inch laptop, it awkwardly drapes open
