Nice Laptop Bag
I've had it a little over a week, and so far I like the bag. I agree with "Fantasy Fiend" in that the style of the bag was a nice balance between the casual nature of a backpack and the stuffy business-like feel of most laptop bags.
I have a 16" widescreen laptop, and it's a perfect fit.
The handle is a little awkward if a laptop is not in the bag, but I intend to keep a laptop in it at most times, plus I don't usually use the handle, I use the shoulder strap. I do wish the shoulder straps had swivels attached to the ends. It seems like everytime I pick it up, I'm having to twist the strap around to make sure it's straight.
I also wish it had at least one small pocket on the outside of the pack..one that you could get to without undoing the two main clasps (for gum, pens, thumb drives, etc). It has a pocket on the back of the bag, but anything you put in that pocket is right between the laptop and the padding designed to protect the bottom of the laptop..I can't...

I really wanted to like this bag, but unfortunately I just can't live with it's many flaws. First, as mentioned by several other reviewers, the handle on the bag is not centered, causing the bag to hang at an unusual and uncomfortable angle when carrying it by the handle. I thought maybe the other reviewers didn't realize it's called a 'messenger' bag because it's supposed to be worn over the shoulder messenger style. What I didn't realize was that when a bag has a handle on it, sometimes you just use it because it's convenient. Like when I'm taking the bag off my shoulder to lay down, I use the handle. However, because the handle is offset, when I try to lay the bag down on it's back side, I have to swing the bag out and plop it down quickly or it tends to want to lay on it's front because of the angle it hangs at. This, by itself, is not completely unacceptable, but this coupled with the lack of padding on the back of the laptop compartment means my laptop is susceptible to damaged...

The offset placement of the carrying handle helps to balance the bag IF you are also lugging a laptop. Without the laptop in its slot and a few heavy textbooks in their logical place carrying by the handle is quite awkward because the bag is very out-of-balance.Unfortunately use of the shoulder strap does not alleviate the pressing against your lower body.

I am updating my review to report additional consequences of the offset handle. After 5 Months of use the bag is splitting, tearing at the stress point of the imbalance. This bag is misnamed. It is not a messenger bag it is a Laptop-only carrying bag.

Nice bag!
Was a little concerned about buying this bag because the previous two reviews were mixed. Took a chance anyway. Haven't gotten to heavily use the bag yet, but so far it fits all my law school books and computer no problem. The front pockets are great and large enough to fit everything I need. I'll update this if things change, but so far great style and great bag!

When I read the review left before me, I was a bit scared to place the order, but it looked good online, so I thought I would give it a shot. I received it in a very timely manner and was pleased to see that it is all that the picture shows it as. I bought it as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he loved it even more than I did. Nice Laptop Bag

Stylish and functional
While looking for a new laptop bag, I realized that I would need one that would travel well. This bag really fits the bill. It is roomy enough to fit my laptop, accessories and some personal items and it has a convenient slip-through feature which allows one to slide it right onto the carry handle of your rolling suitcase. It is also lightweight and easy to carry, unlike most other bags designed specifically for women. And it looks great, too! I recomend this bag highly.

Must have for any laptop owner who doesn't want a masculine bag!
I LOVE THIS BAG! I do a lot of traveling and when I bought my laptop I wanted something that I could use to safely and easily transport my computer. I didn't want a bag that looked like everyone else's or like a man's bag. I wanted a bag that could pass for a purse and I especially wanted a bag that I could slide the handle to my luggage through and sit it safely on top so that I won't have to carry it through the airport.
This bag is everything I wanted and more. It is very chic, is looks like an expensive designer bag. It's durable; I feel very comfortable keeping my laptop in it. It has a lot of pockets and it has plenty of space to keep all of my cords and other gadgets. My last trip I kept my laptop, camera, trackball, Creative Zen widescreen, and the corresponding accessories inside and I STILL had room for a book and a few other things.
Awesome Bag!
My husband got this bag for me for my birthday and I consider it one of the best presents he has given me to date. It is REALLY nice. It has plenty of room- I am able to fit my laptop, a graphics tablet, folders and all my cables inside it- and it is very lightweight. I was so impressed that it was divided into two sections and even has a place for me to put my debit card if I want to. The interior is pink which I really love because it contrasts so nicely with the black and white exterior. The most surprising feature for me is that it has a pocket that opens on the bottom so that you can slip the bag over the handle of your luggage so, if you are a traveler this bag will be an asset to your collection. Also, I have had tons of compliments since I started carrying it. For the money, I believe this is a great buy!

Easily worn out
I bought this bag a few months back. At first it looked very nice and stylish, however being made with ecofriendly materials it gets dirty quite easy. And with prolonged use the seams tends to come loose near the leather trim on the edges

Great color
The bag just arrived. I am delighted that the bag is not as red as it appears in the photo. It is more of a wine color than red. Everything fits so that I can go from 2 bags down to 1. It also appears to be less bulky than a regular messenger or laptop bag.

I totally loved this bag, came in a big size, so it will be perfect for college and all the books, ill be carrying around. I ordered it on thursday and came in this morning! Pretty fast delivery for standard shipping. Im a happy customer, it would also be great to carry on hiking trips, picnics, bring all the essentials. Very good quality!
Though it came in a frighteningly small package, this backpack was bigger than expected and very roomy, a great size for holding everything needed for school. Everything seems to be stitched together well, the 'leather' straps are a bit thin but they're just for show anyway (the bag actually latches closed with magnetic snaps). The canvas is good material, and pretty thick. Also, this got to me VERY quickly after ordering (that's why the shipping price is so high I guess), which I'm pretty satisfied with. If you're thinking about getting this backpack, don't worry about the quality.
