I love this bag!Prior to ordering this bag, I had been using a very heavily padded computer bag and I worried that this bag wouldn't provide enough protection. I also was concerned about adequate storage space - but I was wrong on both counts! It is very well protected and it actually has more room for storage as the material stretches a bit. It's extremely light weight so hauling my laptop from place to place isn't nearly as grueling as it used to be. I highly recommend this bag!
Amazon Has wrong size ship every timeDo not order the 17 inch size because amazon has the wrong item number attached. The first bag I received came without the strap. I didnt think to measure and check the size. The second bag arrived and I thought it looked small ( I was right the computer didn't fit ). Both items were the wrong size. NOTE the gentleman on th phone was VERY HELPFUL in returning and refunding both items. He even helped me search the net to find my item on another site. Thanks so much as this was the main gift my daughter wanted for Christmas.
