Perfect Bag for my 10 inch Netbook
I have been using this bag with my MSI U123 netbook for about 3 months now and am an IT professional. Finding a bag small enough for this 10 inch netbook, the power cord, mouse, and most of the things that you would normally find in a computer bag was harder than picking out the netbook itself. The bag manufactures must think that netbooks are just a passing fad or something. But I have found is perfect, small, light weight all the pouches are all very smartly designed. Did I also say that it is built in a very solid way, nothing cheap in the feel or look of this bag, including lots of padding for the most important passenger. My bet is that it could hold a 12 inch screen, so my 10 inch does slide a little from side to side, but I needed a bit more space than the average 10 inch because I have a 9 cell battery and not the stock 6 or 3 cell. You will find that a standard sheet of paper or a thin magazine will not fit in this bag, but you were not looking for a big bag anyway...

Perfect computer bag- lots of space in a small package.
I've used this bag daily for almost 3 years and it still looks almost new. There are no visible wear spots or seams that have given up the ghost over time. Super impressed.
When looking for a bag back in 2009, I was looking for something that would allow me to pack all my daily gear in the smallest package. I kept coming back to this. My worry was that the price was too low for it to be any good- I was totally wrong- this bag out performs so many of the more expensive brands in my opinion (looked at Timbuk2 bags a lot before getting this).
To give you an idea of what I store in my bag:
- Macbook Air 13" (yes it DOES fit, but just barely and without a sleeve on it- its tight but still feels secure to me)
- iPad 2 w/ case
- Boogie Board 8.5" Drawing Tablet
- Multiple earbud sets and adapters/splitters (in audio pocket on front)
- MacBook Full charger (with longer adapter)
- iPad Charger
- Reading glasses in Hard Case...
Less "messenger", more "satchel"
This was a well thought out bag with well placed pockets, good size storage for laptop and documents, but this is where the praise ends. When they chose a strap for this bag, I think they simply grabbed any old length of webbing and called it good, not even a seconds thought. It's not long enough for even the shortest person to wear as a "messenger", perhaps as a "satchel". When trying to carry the bag in "messenger mode", the strap quickly cuts into the side of your neck (I believe someone else also left a similar comment about the strap), but this is really extreme. I can't recommend this bag to anyone who's not interested is cutting off the strap and carrying it around by the handle all the time. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.
