LOVE the bag
I have been looking for the perfect bag for quite some time. This one is close. I disagree with the first reviewer on the strap. The strap is plenty long for a cross-body bag. Several people at work tried it on and agreed. The strap is a little long if you don't use it as a cross-body but it is acceptable. I'm not crazy about the buttons either but you can easily access the compartment behind it without undoing the buttons.
The IPAD pocket is wonderful. It is padded and you can slip your IPAD in and out easily with a case on it. I love that I don't have to shove it in my bag and move things around to get it to fit in. The IPAD pocket has a zipper too. The other zipper compartment is large and roomy. There are slots for pens, etc and a couple of other open pockets.
My purse is nice and organized now and it doesn't look bulky. I'm considering buying a black one too. I bought the tide color.

LOVE this, with one small exception
I'm thrilled with this bag. I wanted something that would hold my iPad and other things without screaming that there's an iPad inside, and please steal me. I prefer the cross body bags as opposed to an over the shoulder one. This one is perfect. I'm going to disagree with another user saying it's not long enough. I'm a tall girl (5'9") and curvy. This fits great! Right at hip level and doesn't fall forward when I'm bending over. I have the Moko Slim iPad case, and my iPad2 fit in it just fine. It wasn't difficult to get in, and to get out. It fit my oversized wallet, business card holder (which is thick), keys, pens, iPhone and iPod. It's not stuffed. Also, the hidden pocket, is easily reached by going under the shorter side of the fabric, you really don't need to undo all or any of the buttons to shove something in there.
The ONLY thing I would change, is to make it waterproof. I live in Oregon where it rains an awful lot and having all these electronics inside and not...
This bag is Worth it
I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a bag. This bag is very comfortable, roomy,true to color(I have the black bag) and has enough pockets to fit my needs. I know people my have concerns about the strap length but for me I am 5'6" and the bag stops around the butt area. It is a great everyday bag!
