Perfect Laptop Bag
I have had one of these bags for about 3 years now. My laptops have always been too large for the included sleeve, but the bag itself is padded well and I have never had any qualms about putting the laptop directly in the bag. The sides are stiff and I have always been confident the computer was well-protected. I just purchased a second 17" laptop that I can squeeze into this. I've been looking for another bag that fits it a bit better, but am not particularly impressed by the other bags I've seen so far. I'm leaning towards buying this bag again.

Houndstooth satchel
I love this bag. It is classy and elegant. My 17 inch laptop fits perfectly in the padded sid pocket and there is plenty of room for the power cord, a mouse and a few of my school books. The problem with the bag was that the extra slip jacket for my laptop was too small. It was advertised to fit a 17 inch laptop and there is no way that mine would fit in there. But there is a padded section in the bid bag that protects my computer very well.
Stylish, roomy bag
After carrying this bag for several years, I've gotten numerous compliments on it (and even had friends go out and purchase the bag themselves!). The color and shape of the bag make it attractive, although the material it is made of (cloth on the outside) means it will start to fray after extended use. The plus side to the bag is that it has a roomy interior and can fit not just a laptop, but also more than your fair share of papers, folders, and even a large portfolio. The top is much narrower than the bottom of the bag, so if you have irregularly-shaped items, try to place them at the bottom. Overall, a great bag that can fit more than your laptop!
