Yes, it is a BEAUTIFUL bag. And the padded computer compartment does hold my 15" macbook pro, even with its snap-on protective case. The shoulder straps are a good length. But after using it for a month or so I do, I have hatred in my heart for this bag! It is HEAVY as hell. It is SOOO stiff. And it SO big! I have literally lost things as large as a compact umbrella - not even the teeniest size, but a regular size compact umbrella - inside the caverns of this bag! (I 'searched it thoroughly' (I really thought), then found the lost items in the purse the next day.)
I wanted to love it. I will probably use it on plane trips when I'm bringing my laptop, but I have stopped using it daily for work. I'm gonna look for something lighter and softer.

Good quality bag, but not right for me
I was looking for a new bag to carry my Macbook Pro. For daily use, I also carry several files and my lunch to work. When I travel, I would use my computer bag as a purse, so I need room for a wallet, small make-up bag, keys, water bottle, etc., and maybe a sweater. I liked the company's story, as it appears to be started by a young woman social entrepreneur who is providing employment opportunities in her native Thailand, where the bags are manufactured. This is a nice-looking bag, and seems like it will be durable. It has two pockets on either side of the main compartment that can be used for narrow files or notebooks. The main compartment is divided by the padded laptop section and a deep interior zipper pocket. My main complaint is that none of the compartments is wide enough to be practical for carrying purse items and other items for daily use or for travel. If you need a good bag for a laptop, a few peripherals, some files, and notebooks, it should be good, however.

I went back and forth about which bag to order as I wanted something in colored leather (not basic black), professional looking, durable, and roomy. I believe I picked the prefect bag!
I have only been using it for 2 days, but already have had numerous compliments! It looks amazing (I choose red) and it fits everything I need to carry: laptop, cords, folders, pens, and some extra supplies. It has plenty of compartments to keep everything organized and again, it looks amazing! :-)
