Materials
We know that the daily city grind can be hard on your personal items, but you don’t want a clunky, unattractive bag—so we combined rugged durability with sophisticated styling. Dobby nylon covers the body and is accented with a canvas-like coated nylon. Each Quick Stuff™ Pocket uses stretch polyester twill that molds around the objects inside as they are added and removed. Webbing D-rings and duraflex plastic hardware contribute to the bag’s almost silent movement. This messenger is 100% PVC-Free for a more environmentally responsible product and is backed by a 25 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
14.1'' Laptop Compartment
A designated padded compartment for your 15'' MacBook Pro® or PC with up to a 14.1'' display allows you insert and remove your hardware with ease. This compartment also stabilizes your laptop against the rear of the bag for a more comfortable carry and separates it from other items in your bag.
Removable Pouches

Life, complicated.
The Pavonis F114 reminds me of Fernando Lamas, an SNL character played by Billy Crystal who used "you look marvelous" for a standard greeting and whose motto was "it's better to look good than to feel good." The bag does look marvelous, no question about it and it does look a lot better than the average laptop bag. It's also a pain to use because it has a major design flaw.
THE BAD
It's probably fair to start with the bad part because if the the shoulder strap being always in the way whenever trying to get things in or out of the bag is a problem then there's not need to waste time reading about specs or the other good features.
The problem is that the wide, non-removable shoulder strap does not use D-rings or any kind of ring to connect itself to the bag's body. It always stands up on top of the bag's opening and that makes it very difficult to get it out of the way when trying to get things in and out. You must constantly move it out of the way and...
Difficult to pack a laptop
I wanted to like this bag and selected it after much searching. It has a nice sleek design that would appeal to those who dislike bulky bags and it has a nice layout of pockets and padding. But- two factors made it difficult to easily get my 15-inch laptop into it. The narrow profile of the bag and the way it's top edges round upward toward the handle make it tough to pull apart enough to easily drop the laptop in. I tried it about three times but just don't have the time or patience to spend on packing my bag when I all I want to do is head for home after work. So I sadly returned it. If you are more patient or you have a smaller computer, this bag might work for you.
